FYI’s Before Your Appointment

• No HST is charged in Naturopathic appointments

• Naturopathic care is typically covered under Private Healthcare plans such as Blue Cross etc. I recommend checking with your provider to determine your coverage prior to your appointment.

• We do not offer direct billing to private insurance providers. Appointments must be paid in full and receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement purposes.

• Virtual appointments are only offered to existing clientele on a case-by-case basis. Please email me directly to discuss whether your follow up appointment can be considered.

• The office is a scent free environment. We request that visitors refrain from using scented products on the day of their appointment to protect the health and safety of people who suffer from chronic health conditions such as asthma, allergies and migraines.
